The workshop focuses on understanding that individuals will react in different ways and will equip managers with the tools to support team resilience, ensuring a cohesive and supported journey through the various steps of any change.

Attendees will also consider how they manage themselves whilst supporting others to be able to role model behaviours and appreciate the influence they have on their teams.
