Organisations run on processes. Some formal and critical, some less well defined but nonetheless important. Effective processes ensure consistency, enable clarity and provide the foundation for successful change. Ineffective processes however stifle growth, create bottle-necks and lead to the loss of flexibility and innovation. There are many approaches and techniques to manage and improve processes from Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen to the PDCA and 5S. Creating complex processes is easy, just add more controls and layers but keeping them simple is the real skill.

This workshop focuses upon keeping things simple. Using elements of the varying methodologies to equip any process owner or those responsible for improving them to be armed with some practical ways to quickly (1) assess, (2) Identify and (3) implement simple solutions to improve processes.
